Reflector System

Zero inherent cross-polarization, Offset Cassegrain Reflector Optics. Realization of scaled model of 1m QZ is under process. Detailed design optics, including serration shape profiling, inclusion of Baffle, and SERAP was optimized with Physical Optics (PO) approximation.

Range Feed System

1 GHz – 40 GHz will be covered by 10 dual-polarized corrugated horn covering 23 – 42% bandwidth and cross-polarization better than 40dB over FOV. For 40 GHz – 200 GHz we are offering 06 set of Transmit Receive modules with single polarized range feeds and standard gain horn for gain measurement .

Compact Range

Compact range is a reflector-based antenna range offers users all the advantages of far-field configuration in a very compact indoor test chamber having control and secure environment. For far-field testing of a 1.0 m antenna at 40 GHz, the separation between transmit and receive side need to be 267 m. A compact range can reduce this distance to under 8 m. Pacemaker offers manufacturing of custom models of different sizes for high frequencies to meet specific customer requirements.

Quiet Zone Scanner

A 2-axes linear scanner with a scan capability of 5.6m and equipped with a rotary stage providing 360 deg rotation. This scanner will be installed on the DUT positioner of antenna test range to map the quality of plane wave in antenna test zone. The quality of plane wave will be defined in terms of distributed amplitude and phase taper and ripple over the test zone. It will further derived the measurement uncertainty budget.

Data Acquisition Software

User Friendly and Easy to Reconfigurable DAQ system for Antenna Measurement applications. It includes User defined macros, Variety of analysis & Diagnostic Imaging, Analysis of antenna parameters, Holographic back projection, Rotation and Tilt translation and Variety of plotting formats.

Multi-Axes Antenna Positioning System

Our Antenna Positioners Features –

For precise positioning and rapid slewing we use high speed powerful servo and DC motors.
Standard absolute encoders will be used for precise positioning feedback and also in parallel to it we provide incremental encoders, which will be used as and when require.
To increase the rotational force/torque, speed or to change the direction we use a gear system in between motor and rotating part.
We also provide multi-level brake system to eliminate the chances of malfunctioning and accidents.
We also provide the limit switches to limit the range of motion with speed control.
The entire mechanical system is pressurize in a single enclosed unit to eliminate damage caused by condensing humidity.
We also provide the integration of motion controller with automated antenna test setup.

Motion Controller

We also offer the controller system supported by Siemens or equivalent make PLC. It would communicate with respective multiple axes and drive the respective motors. Also the continuous position of the axis will be monitored on display. Considering the safe operation the limit switches are included to identify end limits. If require the TTL trigger for selected scan axis will be included. We also offers the RF measurement data acquisition software for automated antenna measurement.
